Should i trust this ebay seller (advice too)?

http://cuthut.com/uQ They are a phone seller on ebay and they say they have over ten in stock. I want a blackberry but i am not due for and upgrade. Without a contract the curve is $450 i think. I don't know if i should trust this because who would sell it for this cheap?Should i trust this ebay seller (advice too)?
The seller appears to be good; a 99% rating is excellent.

You should, however, be aware that this phone is a CDMA phone (it's mentioned in the ad under the ';Technology'; heading); it will not accept sim cards. If you are on Verizon, then it will work, but it will not work for carriers such as AT%26amp;T or T-Mobile, which are both GSM carriers. They're two different, incompatible technologies.Should i trust this ebay seller (advice too)?
Yes trust them

Their Feedback: 99.0 % Positive

This is good, and the name sounds like a mini company called cellphonestop.

You can trust them.

Have fun with your new blackberry (:
99 %? Seems great. But i suggest that you should not trust because i have heard that a lot of sellers give good response to them themselves. You should try other sellers that you know or your friends tell you.
