Hello i run a computer company? i am 34 year single person. my office girl never go out of the office for any reason like person or professional. This looses my confidence and little difficult to work. please advive should i remove from job or hire new employee. i am confused please advice

First order of business is business. Is she doing her job and doing it well? Is she doing it well ENOUGH?





That's all that matters. Keep your pecker in your pants and your mind on your bottom line, not on your workers' bottoms. If you have time to worry about the lives and behaviors of your employees, perhaps YOU ought to get out of the office and drum up/market for more business.
