My mum needs advice about her will that she is going to do again.
Her last will she had a trust fund for us kids so that her new husband can't touch it at all or over ride it in court but it was costing to much to keep.She is now doing up a new will and now live in qld australia and her husband is really bad with money and can't be trusted at all with money and she wants to leave us kids money and shares and without him being able to touch it or get his hands on it and going to court to get it over rided.Is there something like a trust fund that he can't touch that is not dear for her to set up or keep paying?
