If you want the best training from the Philippines and is really serious of landing a job as an airline pilot afterwards then train with Philippine Airlines Flying School. It may cost more with PAL but that's the best you can get.
Now, if you are looking for the cheaper one's, go for Omni, AirLink or go around the Manila Domestic Airport General Aviation area and there's a bunch of flying schools there, SHOP and COMPARE. Better yet, check with Air Transportation Office which schools are fully authorized to offer flight training. And for your own safety, research who has the safest record, (Air Link has a string of air crashes years ago).
I'm not upto date with the prices so it will be best for you to contact the flight school. Can we trust the flying school in the philipines????can i have some relevant information and advice??
