Trust cops advice to plead not guilty for underage?

I am 19 and the cops breathalyzed me at a party and I blew a .006%. I live in Pennsylvania. Three cops that were there told me to plead Not Guilty to the underage charge and they said I probably would not get fined or lose my license.
